A Customized Macro Plan

Whether it’s losing more weight, maintaining your weight, or recomping (dropping a bit of fat and gaining muscle while your weight stays the same), I can provide you with the appropriate macros every 2 weeks.


I’ll be sending you an Affirmation each week to help keep you focused on your goals. I’ll also be emailing you a couple bonuses. 


Private Calls

Every 2 weeks we will have a 45-minute call. We can review your progress, and set you up for the next 2 weeks.

Weekly Group Coaching Calls

You’ll be invited to any group calls that are taking place with Transformer Clients. You are welcome to participate in the group discussions. The lesson reviews will be helpful!


Weekly Tracker Review

If you like you can send me your tracker once a week so I can keep tabs on you. You can also send me progress pics.

Customized Training Plan

You can purchase a customized strength training program for $199, It includes an exercise video library, 3 months of programming, and 1 free call with me. I’ll even teach you how to build your own programs!

You can email me anytime and I will respond within 24 hours, Monday – Friday. This means you’ll have access to me between our coaching calls so that we can keep the momentum going and deeply embed your new habits.


Is it REALLY only $750? Are there any hidden costs?

 It REALLY is only $750 US one-time payment and there are no hidden costs! However, I offer a few more services/products you may want to consider:

Strength Training Programs. I can create a customized weight training workout based on your schedule and goals. Packages start at $199 for 3 months of programming and this includes 1 additional call with me (valued at $100) as well as videos and an exercise library. Please email me at for details.

How quickly will I be able to start once I pay?

Shortly after you make the payment, you’ll receive an email confirming enrollment. You can book your first call with me and we’ll go from there.

Do I have to buy your strength training program for $199?

The strength training program I would tailor for your needs will work seamlessly with the rest of your program and give you the best results possible. I cannot guarantee such a fit with someone else’s program.  However, if you prefer to use a different training program, I will support you to the best of my ability.

Please Note: I am unable to customize and give feedback on programs that aren’t mine.

Do I need any special equipment?

You need access to a gym with free weights. This includes Barbells, Dumbbells, Benches and hopefully a Squat Rack. If you have a home gym, you can send me photos and I’ll let you know if  your existing equipment will be fine. Unless you have a serious home gym, you may have to invest in more equipment.

You’ll also need to do some form of cardio each week. That can be swimming, walking, running, cycling, dancing, etc. 

What if I don't want to lift weights?

What?! Pffffft!

Actually, you can do any kind of exercise you like. The goal is to get you in the habit of exercising 4-5x a week, and to find something you enjoy doing!

However, it is recommended to strength train a minimum of 2 hours a week and do cardio for 75 mins to 150 minutes for your health and fitness. Not that you have to start with that. Baby steps, right?

I might be interested in powerlifting. Can you help?

Absolutely. I would love to get more women into the sport. It’s a fantastic way to celebrate what your body can do, not just how it looks. It has numerous mental and physical benefits: Increased self-esteem, confidence, strength, bone density….

What is your refund policy?

The Refund Policy is as follows: You can cancel anytime but you’ll forfeit that month’s payment and any months that have already been used. Please try to give as much notice as possible.

What if I need a little extra help?

Not a problem! You can purchase additional private coaching calls anytime you like. The cost is $100. Time slots are subject to availability, so you might want to check my calendar before investing. Each session can be up to 45 minutes long. Please email for more information.

Don’t forget: you can also email me and I’ll reply back Monday – Friday, 9-5 CST. I usually respond within a few hours.

Do you offer payment plans?

The cost for Additional Private Coaching is $750 for 3 months, one-time payment. If you wish to pay monthly, the cost is $300 per month.
