What's the difference between Surge and Unstoppable?
Surge is suitable for new lifters and lifters returning to weights after some time off. If you haven’t been lifting consistently at least 2-3x a week for the last 3 months, start here. It will set you up with a solid base of knowledge, strength, and conditioning for more rigorous programs like Unstoppable.
Surge participants will get leaner and stronger lifting only 2-3x a week and doing 1-2 (optional) cardio sessions. You will learn excellent lifting technique and feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in the gym after 12 weeks.
UNSTOPPABLE is a ‘serious’ lifting program for more experienced lifters and Surge graduates. You should have AT LEAST 3 months of lifting experience and training at least 2-3x a week. If you have a weak or lagging body part or just want to sculpt your physique and get stronger, this is the program for you. You can choose from a 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day program customized to your physique goals.
Unstoppable is designed to get you fantastic strength and body composition results while teaching you everything you need to know about designing your own training program for years to come. No more spending money and relying on someone else’s training program; We’re all about empowering you to fly solo.
How much does it cost and what's included?
The price is $450 for SURGE or UNSTOPPABLE.
BOTH programs include:
– a 12-week weight training program
– a PDF program guide
– email access to your coach, Monday to Friday, 9-5 CST
– coaching assistance to help you figure out a workout schedule that fits your lifestyle
– the ability to send us videos of your lifts, have us analyze them, and give you feedback on your technique
– an FAQ page
– a bonus exercise video library
– a weekly group call with your coach (recorded for replay)
– a weekly presentation and lesson on weight training (in the group call)
The SURGE program includes:
– a full-body workout that is the same for everyone (2x a week in weeks 1-8, and 3x a week weeks 9-12)
– videos showing you how to warm-up and perform each exercise in the Surge Program
– 3 bonus metabolic workouts for torching fat and building aerobic fitness (optional, but we recommend vigorous cardio sessions 1-2x a week for best results)
– a bonus Surge training log
– a weekly mindset piece to build confidence
The UNSTOPPABLE program includes:
– a customized training program based on your unique physique goals such as a shoulder or glute emphasis (your choice of 3, 4, or 5 days a week and you tell us what you want to grow)
– lessons tailored towards creating your own training programs for years to come
– feedback once you design your own program (optional, at no cost in weeks 10-12)
When can I start?
Unstoppable runs year-round. The next Surge program will run August 7 – October 30.
What kind of results can I expect?
It takes years to put on some appreciable muscle, but you can expect to gain 5-15 pounds of muscle in your first year of lifting if you train optimally. You should see some noticeable changes after 3 months, especially if your body fat is below 26% (females) and 18% (males). The more body fat you have, the more it masks the muscle underneath.
Regardless, you should start feeling stronger in as little as 2 weeks. After 3 months of consistent training, you’ll likely lose body fat, build muscle, and transform your physique.
Do I have to buy your strength training program? Can I use my own?
We are unable to customize and give feedback on programs that aren’t ours.
Do I need any special equipment?
We have options for people who want to work out at home or the gym.
If you have a home gym, you can send us photos and we’ll let you know
As a minimum, we recommend a set of resistance bands (about $10) and a variety of dumbbells. A bench is optional.
Reach out to us (when you’re ready to start lifting) if you have concerns about equipment.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund minus a $150 admin fee within 7 days of registering and paying for the program.
For purposes of this Program and this Refund Policy, Day 1 begins on the date that you have registered and paid, either in full or in part, for the Program. Any money paid, either in full or in part, is non-refundable and non-transferable after 7 days.
What if I need a little extra help?
All you have to do is reach out! Email your coach and he or she will reply back Monday – Friday, 9-5 CST, normally the same day. You also get 1 group coaching call a week so you have time to go deeper into topics, and have a real conversation with your coach.
How do I pay?
We accept PayPal. When registration opens, you can scroll to the bottom of this page and click either Surge or Unstoppable to pay. Sign up to be notified when registration opens, and we will email you a link to register.
You’ll save $50 off if you pay before April 10. Get on our notification list (below) so you don’t miss out.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can pay in full or make 3 monthly payments. If you choose the payment plan, the first payment is due at the time of registration.
What is the time commitment?
Surge lifters should expect to spend less an hour working out, 2 days a week for the first 6 weeks, then 3 days a week after that. You don’t need much time in the gym to get results! Group calls are held every Wednesday at 7:30 pm Central Time and replay links are sent out the next day for those who can’t make it.
Unstoppable – expect to lift 3-5 days a week, based on your personal frequency preference. Your workout will take you about 60-90 minutes to complete, including the warm-up. Group calls are held every Monday at 5 pm Central Time and replay links are sent out the next day for those who can’t make it.
Can I pick my coach?
Unfortunately, no. Coaches are assigned subject to availability. But don’t worry; all of our coaches are certified personal trainers and will take good care of you!
Do you offer macro/nutrition coaching?
This is an add-on service to the Unstoppable Physique Coaching Program.
If you’re looking to build the body of your dreams, you need to be as dedicated to your nutrition as you are to your training.

Should I workout 3, 4, or 5 days a week?
Be Realistic: People are pretty gung-ho in the beginning whenever they make a decision to become more fit, but you need to be realistic about your schedule and energy. You also need to factor in time to recover. If you do too much, you will break down and end up skipping workouts and not get as good of results. Consistency is key to getting results. If you are 100% certain you can do 3 days a week and only 80% certain you can do 4 days, pick 3 days.
