Hi! I am Adele Frizzell and the Transformer Program is my brainchild.
My name is Adele Frizzell and I’m an online health coach and record-breaking powerlifter who believes in #allthefood. And yes, that means donuts and Snickers bars on occasion.
I’m also an ACE-certified Health Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and a respected authority on fitness and nutrition. I’ve written one of the most fact-based books on the HCG Diet. It’s called The HCG Diet: Fact and Fiction.
I lost 27 pounds on my own higher-calorie, higher protein version of the HCG Diet in 2017. I ate 1000-12000 calories a day, on average and I have Hashimotos.
I went from 194 to 167 pounds. I’ve since maintained my fat loss, and gained 15 pounds of muscle tissue (Testing Method: DEXA). I am proof that a rapid weight loss diet can work and you can maintain your fat loss long-term, as long as you are willing to change your habits.
My goal is to empower women to become healthy, fit, and unstoppable! I help hard losers, yo-yo dieters, busy moms, and people with slow metabolisms. I can help YOU lose weight, get fit, and learn how to stay lean without killing yourself in the gym or depriving yourself of foods you enjoy.
As a health coach who specializes in ‘hard losers’ like myself, I’ve learned:

Can I do this program while I'm on the HCG Diet?

Will you coach me through a round of HCG and P3?
Yes, I coach through all phases of the HCG diet and into maintenance.
You can join on your loading phase or anytime during P2, it’s entirely up to you.
However, you should aim to have AT LEAST one month of no HCG so we can transition you back to ‘real life’ when the diet ends. This is when people are most vulnerable to weight regain and need the most help. The more time you have with me as your experience ‘real life’ – things like holidays and events – the easier it will be for you to maintain your weight loss on your own. Regardless, I’ll also give you a plan when the program ends, so you know just what to do to maintain your weight loss.
How quickly will I be able to start once I pay?
Shortly after you make the payment, I will send you an email with some forms to complete and an invitation to book your first call with me. Once you’ve completed your paperwork, you can officially start The Transformer Program!
How much weight can I expect to lose?
About a quarter to a half a pound a day of weight-loss, on average. Most women can lose about 10-20 pounds in a month in P2. Leaner individuals, and those with hypothyroidism may lose a little less. You can expect to gain a little muscle as well. Your clothes should start fitting better right away.
*We cannot guarantee specific results for clients. Fat loss and muscle gain will vary with each individual. Influencing factors include age, gender, health conditions, hormone function, activity levels, stress, quality of sleep, body fat percentage, accuracy in tracking, exercise type, and commitment to coaching and following instructions.
Do I need any special equipment?
Body Weight Scale – You don’t need to spend big bucks, you just need a scale that is consistent in its read out. Meaning, if you measure yourself three times, the number doesn’t change.
Food Scale – If you don’t already have one, be sure to buy a small kitchen scale that converts grams and ounces and will allow you to reset the weight to zero if you have something on it, such as a dish. These cost $10 and up.
Tailor’s Tape – so you can take your body measurements each month.
What is the time commitment to this program?
I won’t lie to you; there is a serious time commitment. This is because The Transformer Program is so much more than a diet; it’s an education and lifestyle change. You’ll learn about nutrition, mindset, and habit change.
In order to be successful, you’ll need to set aside about 1 to 2 hours a week for lessons, quizzes, and homework as well as coaching calls you wish to attend.
The Transformer Program is a system, and it works if you do the work. In fact, everyone who has done all the lessons and quizzes has achieved so much more than weight loss; they’ve achieved a whole new relationship with food and exercise, and greater peace of mind when it comes to the scale.
Please: Do not register for the program unless you’re committed to completing the lessons and quizzes each week. It would be a waste of your money and my time. You’ve had enough broken promises to yourself when it comes to weight loss. Unless you’re 100% committed, then please let someone else have your spot.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds will be given after 7 days have elapsed from payment.
For our purposes, Day 1 begins after you have paid for the program. Any money paid, either in full or in part, is non-refundable and non-transferable after seven days.
To request a full refund (minus the $150 administrative fee), please send an email to Support@AdeleFrizzell.com before midnight CST on Day 7. No explanation is required.
What if I need a little extra help?
Not a problem! If you need a bit more help, you can purchase additional private coaching calls anytime you like. A 3-call package is $300 (calls are normally $100 per session). Each session can be up to 45 minutes long. Time slots are subject to availability and may not be carried forward if missed.
Lastly, you are always welcome to join any group calls that are taking place and ask questions there.

What is the cost of The VIP Transformer Program? Are there any hidden costs?
The cost is $1799, one-time, for 3 months of private coaching. There are no hidden costs.
